چکیده
Background: Endometrial cancer is the second most common type of gynecologic malignancy. Studies on factors lymphatic metastases are few. This study aimed to determine clinical and pathological characteristics that can predict lymph node metastases.
Purpose: To correlation clinicopathological with LNM (Lymph Node Metastases) in Cancer (EC).
Methods: used observational analysis a cross-sectional methodology examine medical records endometrial patients who underwent lymphadenectomy sampling surgery 2018-2020. The risk determined using multivariate analysis.
Results: stage IB IIIC1 accounted for (17.27%) 63 research participants. Only one patient (1.1%) IIIB. rests IA IIIA, each including eight (8.13%), II, which has twelve people (12.19% ). There were 17 had (27% incidence 23.2% endometrioid types, while 57.1% non-endometrioid kinds. EC was not linked patient's age (p=0.628), BMI (p=0.190), parity (p=0.194), or menopausal status (p=0.970). found no between histological kinds (p=0.078), histopathological degrees (p=0.514), myometrium invasion (p=0.134) EC. LVSI (+) (OR = 0.10; IK 95% 0.19–0.56; p 0.009) cervical 0.07; IK95 percent 0.008–0.64; 0.019) according results Conclusion: Cervical associated LNM.

Lymphovascular Space Invasion in Robotic Surgery for Endometrial Cancer
BACKGROUND Minimally invasive surgery has become a standard treatment for endometrial cancer and offers significant benefits over abdominal approaches. There are discrepant data regarding lymphovascular space invasion (LVSI) and positive peritoneal cytology with the use of a uterine manipulator, with previous small-scale studies demonstrating an increased incidence of these prognostically impor...
متن کاملLymph node metastasis and pattern of recurrence in clinically early stage endometrial cancer with positive lymphovascular space invasion
OBJECTIVE To investigate the rate, predictors of lymph node metastasis (LNM) and pattern of recurrence in clinically early stage endometrial cancer (EC) with positive lymphovascular space invasion (LVSI). METHODS Women with clinically early stage EC and positive LVSI 2005 to 2012 were identified. Kaplan-Meier curves and logistic regression models were used. RESULTS One hundred forty-eight w...
متن کاملIncreased Expression of ATG10 in Colorectal Cancer Is Associated with Lymphovascular Invasion and Lymph Node Metastasis
BACKGROUND Autophagy has paradoxical and complex functions in cancer development, and autophagy-related genes (ATG) are key regulators in autophagy. Until now, more than 30 different ATG proteins have been identified in yeast, and their mammalian counterparts also have been reported. Although the roles of a few ATG proteins in cancer have been characterized, the role of ATG10 is almost complete...

negative axilla. The American Society of Clinical Oncology Purpose: Axillary lymph node metastasis (ALNM) can occur even in breast cancer smaller than 2 cm in size. This study was performed to investigate the clinicopathologic factors that affect node metastasis in T1 breast cancer. Methods: We reviewed the medical record of 206 T1 breast cancer patients and we divided them into two groups acco...

OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study was to analyse the clinical impact of LVSI status in a large French multicentre cohort of women with high-risk ECs according to the ESMO classification. METHODS Data of 258 women with high-risk EC who received primary surgical treatment between January 2001 and December 2012 were abstracted from prospective multicentre database. The end points were the rec...
